Cháu bị sưng nướu ở răng cửa, mảnh sưng to trùm lên cả răng rất xấu. Cháu đi khám bác sỹ nói cắt nướu. Cháu cảm thấy rất băn khoăn. Liệu cắt như vậy có khả năng bị biến chứng gì không ạ. Liệu khi cắt xong ăn uống ra sao, bao lâu thì khỏi ạ?

Chào cháu, Cắt nướu là một trong những tiểu phẫu nhỏ trong điều trị nha khoa. Tiểu phẫu cắt nướu hoàn toàn không đau cả trong và sau khi điều trị. Sau khi cắt nướu bệnh nhân vẫn sinh hoạt, ăn uống bình thường. Và chỉ khoảng 3 đến 4 ngày là vết thương cắt nướu đã lành. Khoảng 1 tuần là nướu sẽ trở lại như bình thường. Tuy nhiên, trường hợp của em lại khác. Trường hợp của em cần phải tìm ra nguyên nhân gây ra tình trạng nướu trùm lên răng quá nhiều như vậy. Bình thường không có khi nào mà nướu lại phủ trùm lên răng quá nhiều như vậy. Có thể do nhiễm trùng, sâu răng,... hay một tổn thương khác. Và cần phải điều trị nguyên nhân này trước, sau đó mới tiến hành cắt nướu.
